There were WiFi and a lovely balcony in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. It offered us absolutely perfect and quiet location just next door to the desert and the historical part and the main attractions of the old town. It also was directly in the center.

We stayed at Siyovush Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Despite the language barrier, they made every effort to meet our needs. The room with a view of the tower and mosque, along with the balcony, was exactly as requested. Although the wifi in that room was weak, we were informed in advance. The hot water in the bathroom was plentiful and the breakfast, especially the eggs, was delicious.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was amazing. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The location was perfect and it was so easy to explore the main area on foot. The staff, especially Siyovush and his family, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.
Breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.

The rooms at Khiva Siyovush Hotel are cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The private bathroom with a bath is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Plus, the flat-screen TV is perfect for watching your favorite shows before bed. As a guest with children, these rooms provided the perfect home away from home.
One small downside for me was the lack of a wardrobe in the rooms. However, I understand that some guests may not require one and prefer to travel light.

Guests can easily explore the historic attractions and enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The delicious breakfast consists of traditional food cooked by the friendly and helpful family. The staff is attentive and respectful, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Some guests may find the extra 10-minute walk to the hotel from the edge of the old town excessive.

My stay at this hotel was excellent! The room I had was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. What really made my stay memorable was the host, Siyovush. He was incredibly kind and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and suggesting the best places to visit in the city. He even organized a private driver for my transfer to Bukhara. Thank you, Siyovush, for being the perfect host!

The hotel had everything I needed: a 24-hour front desk for my demanding needs, free WiFi so I could stalk celebrities on social media, and a buffet breakfast to stuff my face with all that delicious food.
Just a small suggestion, maybe they could have included a personal masseuse to knead out all the stress from dealing with other humans.
